MedicardQR is an innovative web service providing fast access to as much or as little about your medical conditions, medication, allergies, emergency contacts and Next of Kin as you want to make available.

You are provided with a unique QR code which can be scanned by any camera enabled device (mobile/tablet). With your authentication code someone scanning the QR code can then view the information you provide via our highly secure database and web server. Scan the code on this page to see an example of how the code provides fast access to anyone needing to help you quickly in an emergency situation.

You receive a username and password for your secure Medicard Dashboard allowing you to manage your Medicard Data and within minutes will be able to print your QR Medicard. Our annual subscription is very low cost and offers peace of mind.
